Zhanyr Johnson, Founder of "Heart Of Melody" fundraiser. She had a dream of sharing her passion for music with the world, but not just singing, changing lives and giving hope. Zhanyr was a part of the West Orange High School Choir formally directed by Dr. Jeffery Redding known for "Passion & Purpose" in her high school years. With the experiences she was able endoure over those years she grew her passion and turned them into dreams. She receives the out most joy helping people all around the world in anyway she can. She loves diversity as she once said "..Diversity is like picking a color out of the crayon box, it's exciting, new, & can change your world.." Putting this dream together took time and effort but when she saw what music did for the people in her community she only imagined what it could do for those all over the world. "Heart Of Melody" is how she describes music in her eyes, "Having this melody of song rush the blood through your veins, pumping the heart with joy, can only mean music is with in you..". Zhanyr thought if music can change her world why not help change others, by starting the "Heart Of Melody" foundation allowing to bring together people to fund-raise money to gather all kind of music instruments and share them with local places in their community like St. Jude Children Hospital, and global places such as Africa, India, Jamaica, etc; to let these children know there is so much more to life, if you just take a chance.
Halli Allen Executive Director of "Heart of Melody". Ms. Allen is Head of Our Director Team. Working side by side with CEO Zhanyr Johnson, Ms. Allen helps put together all events, meetings, & community service inquires. She was also a part of the West Orange High School family directed by Dr. Jeffery Redding known for "Passion & Purpose". With Music Being apart of her life she goes on to say "...Being apart of Heart of Melody gives me an opportunity to do what I strive for; which is touch & change lives. Seeing kids of all ages, races, & social classes experience something that I love & cherish the most brings great joy to my heart." Ms. Allen is a Sports Photography Major with a Hidden passion for Music.
